Visit us at www.bio-rad.com As RA Manager, act as regulatory lobbyist for QSD with international regulatory agencies and professional organizations. Act as a regulatory lobbyist for QSD with US federal and state agencies and professional organizations. Build and maintain a network of domestic and international opinion leaders to promote QSD products and positions on quality. Build, maintain and deliver educational products in all media and fund, sponsor and manage educational programs for QSD customers that promote quality. Education: Bachelor's degree in a science, Medical Technology or Regulatory Affairs with a Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Admin preferred but not required.Experience: Experienced lecturer; able to prepare professional and academic presentations. Understanding of clinical laboratory issues, operations and challenges. Understanding of diagnostic manufacturing regulations, operations and challenges. Hands on experience with laboratory or IVD regulations.Skills; Able to write papers and arguments using technical and academic language. Able to verbally and effectively advocate stated positions. Be able to demonstrate good judgment and initiative. Practical knowledge of commonly used software programs such as Excel and Word.
