ALSCG is focused on the Life Sciences vertical market delivering high-value Information Management, Contract & Agreement Management, and Application Services to both major and middle market pharmaceutical and bio-technology companies.
Data Warehouse Project Manager:
The Data Warehouse Project Manager is expected to lead technical and non-technical teams. He/She will assess strategic objectives, motivate team members, set priorities, co-ordinate resources and identify & develop business relationships with our clients and vendors. The DW Project Manager works closely with the VP of Delivery/Solutions Architect to ensure efficient use of Alliance’s resources, the timeliness of the deliverables and client satisfaction
Responsibilities:
Act as a single focal point or liaison for project status reporting to Clients and various other stakeholders of the projectEnsure the quality of the deliverables is on par with Alliance’s standardsCreate & manage project plans that address strategic approaches, resources and management & funding requirementsDevelop project budgets and resource projectionsPlan and implement short & long-term project goalsTrack milestones and institute necessary work flowDevelop and implement project schedules, internal & external communication channels and training activities for the team members Manage personnel and financial resource allocations, making alterations when necessary to meet expectations of clientsProactively identify changes in work scope and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken Reassess and Renegotiate work responsibilities, proposals, contracts and budgets with clients and other project stakeholdersFacilitate any changes or modifications and to ensure resolution of project problems and meet agreed upon deliverablesEvaluate alternative information technology solutions and select vendors to implement themAnalyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutionsRecommend new business opportunities, new systems and processes, and improvements in the existing operations50% travel
Qualification:
Proficiency in Microsoft ProjectExcellent communication skills (written, oral, presentations)Strong interpersonal skillsGroup facilitation, mediation & conflict resolution skillsPrior experience managing Data Warehouse projectsConsulting background
