Documentum Systems Analyst: Pharmaceutical Industry

System Analyst: Documentum Sunny South Florida Our Client, an international pharmaceutical company is seeking a Documentum Systems Analyst for their South Florida operations. This system analyst will provide the efficient and appropriate level of business support for the successful identification of document types-categories to be migrated into Documentum, and the execution of, deployment and implementation of the Documentum software program. Key responsibilities include:§ Daily oversight of the functionality activities, maintenance and development of system while working within a team setting to ensure meeting project objectives & timelines§ Monitor appropriate SOP documentation for program applicability and functionality accuracy.§ Challenge software application to meet business application and implementation needs§ Collaborating with IT/IM on data base program security, functionality and integrity to establish customer contacts, interactions (internal / external) while maintaining  an appropriate communication level to keep projects on track through establishing work flows and/or special needs user interaction assessments.§ Provide ongoing formal / informal training and assistance to system users.§ Coordinate activity resolutions and documentation with team/staff and IM-IT when issues, problems, opportunities require additional analysis and/or assistance.§ Initiate, maintain and facilitate the processing of data file matrices by overseeing SOP and Policy documentation implementation for program applicability and functionality accuracy§ Ensure comprehensive understanding on system challenge software functionality application to ensure applications meet established business application needs for integrity, security, and compliance. Requirements:§ BS in IT/IM related degree§ 4+ years experience working with Documentum§ Extensive working knowledge and experience in IM/IT software functionality applications with a minimum of 8+ years Documentation Control process application experience§ Working knowledge of the Pharmaceutical / Medical Device, Regulated industry including cGMPs, DEA and regulatory agency requirements§ Working knowledge of GXP/CFR Parts 210/211 electronic systems compliance requirements§ Demonstrated working knowledge of with various software packages and/or IM/IT application programs including MES – Electronic Batch Record processing, Mini-Tab, statistical applications, Electronic record imaging  software applications, MS-Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, TrackWise, FCG related – equivalent Documentum software programs, etc.§ Relocation assistance is available Interested?  Email your resume to Jennifer@mriweston.com   MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
