DIVISIONAL REFRIGERATION MAINTENANCE MANAGER

The incumbent will provide refrigeration maintenance management for 20 to 30 plasma center locations throughout the U.S. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, acting as administrator of a comprehensive, low temperature refrigeration preventative maintenance program, tailoring the program to the needs of each location's specific equipment; troubleshooting refrigeration issues; interacting with and directing refrigeration contractors and providing onsite reviews through routine inspections; and developing capital replacement project timelines and project schedules. We will particularly rely upon the selected candidate to proactively manage projects to ensure schedules and budget expectations are met with minimal downtime.

Qualified candidates will have:

-A technical degree in refrigeration engineering

-Minimum 5-7 years' experience in refrigeration systems, including management of refrigeration preventative maintenance across multiple locations, as well as familiarity with programs for multiple sites across a broad geographic area

-Knowledge of refrigeration design, commercial building codes, building operations and building systems, including HVAC, electrical and plumbing

-Demonstrated record of meeting schedule and budget constraints

-Superior problem analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills

-Hands-on refrigeration repair and troubleshooting experience preferred
