We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Distribution Supervisor located in the Houston, TX area.

 

Position Description:The primary focus of the Distribution Supervisor is to plan, direct, and coordinate distribution activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Supervising drivers on day to day deliveriesOrdering products for stockPrinting shipments for daily deliveries

Position Requirements:High School Diploma or GED1 year in a manager role3 to 5 years warehouse experience (depending on plant size and complexity) Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement2 years driving experience with clean recordFDA Knowledge Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Must be willing and able to work in a highly structured environment with

regard to safe and consistent conformance to operating procedures and

Work practices Project management experience is a plusExperience in working with hazardous materials is preferredExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication abilities with a strong attention to detailCustomer Service skills required
