Think What’s Possible.Responsible for oversight, direction and management for all quality functions and to ensure that appropriate systems, procedures, and resources are in place for effective execution of quality management.1. Provides Quality leadership for Quality Staff and Operational Units. Ensures clear definition, execution and understanding of Quality roles and responsibilities.2. Provides final decision making for Quality matters as necessary.3. Responsible for assuring adequately skilled, trained, and knowledgeable resources necessary to support Quality Operations of the region assigned.4. Ensures effective and efficient quality systems are implemented and maintained to adequately support the business.5. Ensures that all quality activities are executed in compliance with governing regulations, No-vartis Quality Manual and local procedures.6. Develop and maintain Quality metrics reporting systems to constantly monitor the quality and compliance of our products, processes and systems.7. Champions continuous improvement in all Quality Operations activities.Qualifications· Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Math or related field. · Contemporary knowledge of Quality Systems· Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Industry Standards 15+ years experience in regulated industry; 5+ years in leadership role.· Technical knowledge of various drug manufacturing process· Contemporary knowledge of Quality Systems· Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Industry Standards· Expert knowledge in regional applicable regulations (FDA, USDA, EMEA, MHRA, etc.)BenefitsCompetitive benefits to include medical, dental, vision, life, 401K.
