They strive to exceed the Americans with Disabilities Act guidelines for accessibility and adaptation for persons with disabilities at the facilities and at Company-sponsored events They provide a competitive salary and benefits package for all full-time employees 15 days vacation after the first year of employment (pro-rated the first year, based on start date) Days increase each year of employment up to 20 days (after the sixth year) 11 paid holidays per year 6 personal/sick days each year Dental and Health Insurance In and out of network options No primary care physician referral needed to see a specialist Prescription drug and vision plan included  Director Educational ServicesThis position is the functional head of Medical Affairs Educational Services Group.Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide oversight of the Medical Information Call Center and center staff Lead project team for development and execution of yearly publication plan Serve a chair of the Extramural Grants Committee Manage the CME grants program Represent Medial Affairs on Promotional Review Committee Assist in development of all internal and external training and educational programs Participate in or lead internal advisory groups and project teams Complete accurate and timely reports, projects and required documentation Full budget accountability for group functions Other duties as assigned by the Vice President – Medical Affairs Direct reports – Educational Services Staff Knowledge and Skills Minimum of Master's degree in clinical/life sciences (e.g., MSN, MSc) and 3 years related industry experience. Terminal degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) and 5+ years of industry related experience is Preferred!
