Director, Chargebacks & Rebates
Position Description:
Chargebacks & Rebates DirectorKV Pharmaceutical seeks a Chargebacks & Rebates Director. The successful candidate will have responsibility for managing the Company’s Chargebacks & Rebates function, including administration fees, rebates, price protection, and all other chargebacks. You will also be responsible for day-to-day contact with all customers/internal management. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring the Company’s major financial transaction processing systems are working efficiently and appropriate controls are in place to prevent errors and ensure the operating integrity of the systems. The Chargebacks & Rebates Director will review Wholesaler’s inventory data and enforce documented controls and procedures to ensure customers are paid accurately and in accordance with payment terms.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting plus a minimum of five years of relevant experience in a Chargeback & Rebate function in a pharmaceutical environment,and a minimum of five years of supervisory experience strongly preferred. CPA desired. If you have knowledge of chargebacks & rebates in the pharmaceutical industry, knowledge of JD Edwards, and understand internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance as it relates to financial operations, apply today. Knowledge of CARS software is a plus.
