The Director of Global Brand Protection will be responsible for formulating and executing Baxter's "Brand Integrity" strategies and goals aimed at security of our supply chain and reducing tampering, diversion, theft and counterfeiting of our product. This proven leader will also establish and coordinate the company's "Business Continuity Plans." Assess, evaluate, design, and implement company-wide brand integrity policies, strategies and procedures. Perform risk assessment operations for Baxter products and develop appropriate product security plans, monitor implementation and results. Manage investigations as required and report all weekly cases. Establish and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies, intelligence agencies, government offices, key corporate offices and business units. Provide product security training to Baxter employees and threat and vulnerability assessments to business units. Oversee Business Continuity Planning (BCP) program management and planning coordination within all business units. Develop BCP policies and standards and ensure compliance. Provide support and training pertaining to BCPs and ensure the highest possible availability level of tools and information to our employees. QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrated track record of working with others within complex systems and developing consensus within an organizational climate of diverse operational activities. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or a related field. Graduate or law degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years corporate experience in a multinational corporation working in these areas.
