They are seeking an experienced Design Analyst, that will provide and advice on solutions that enable the company to maximize the effectiveness of it's application. This position will help manage the planning, requirements gathering, design, development, implementation and quality of the application. This individual will be engaged in assisting the Research and Development and testing teams to help introduce new enhancements in addition to refining and automating existing functionality. RequirementsIn order to quality for the position, this person must identify, design and implement, with the assistant of the other Research and Development team members, new technologies to improve the solution and enhance the value for their customers. Will identify software gaps to business functionality requirements, identify options for potential solutions and asses them for both technical and business suitability. University degree or equivalent, preferably in the technical field with 1-3 years of systems analysis, project management or product management experience.  Must possess rudimentary technical understanding of web application and database architecture, and have basic SQL query knowledge, EDI translation systems or working knowledge of SAP is not mandatory, but considered an asset.
