Position Description:

This position contributes to the global design and the deployment in North America (US and Canada) of processes, methodologies and skills enabling the IS department to:- Manage information systems projects efficiently and deliver high return on investment solutions.- Build sanofi pasteur business & IS reference models in order to anticipate the company ’s evolutions.- Optimize the use of the IS department resources and skills.- Contribute to the design of Global project methodologies taking into account the specificities and constraints of IS led projects.- Promote the project methodologies within the IS and business communities in North Amercia.- Ensure the deployment of project good practices through training and support of regional and global projects in North America.- Organize, coordinate and monitor the project review processes in North America.- In collaboration with the IS team managers, identify project support needs and provide the adequate coaching and support to selected projects.- Contribute to the deployment of project practices monitoring within the global IS department.- Contribute to the design of the IS Resource planning processes.- Ensure the monitoring of the IS Resource planning process in North America taking into account regional and Global resource requirements.- Contribute to the awareness developement of IS and business mapping approaches within the North American IS and business communities.- Identify potential requests for IS and business mapping projects.- Ensure the selected IS and business mapping projects are effciently supported in North America.- Manage locally the ISPM team members in coordination with the Global ISPM team manager and the Global activity leaders.- Manage the North American ISPM budget in coordination with the Global ISPM team manager.We are an equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's/Master degree is required10 years related experience is requiredProven knowledge of Project methodologies and good practices. Proven knowledge of Resource planning & allocation processes. Awareness of IS and Business mapping approaches (Understanding of IS processes improvement opportunities and designing sound and efficient processes for sanofi pasteur)
