Data Entry - Sales Operations Coordinator
Position Summary:
As a key member of our Call Center Operations team you will be responsible for the data entry and maintenance of customer information database. In addition, you may be cross-trained in other areas of technical call center operations support as appropriate. This is a great opportunity for an individual to join a team wherein your contributions truly make a difference.
Responsibilities:
· Solely responsible for the management, distribution and data entry of all incoming leads.
· Prioritize workload in order to maintain immediate response rates to incoming leads.
· Validate sales generated leads to ensure accuracy of customer database.
· Perform daily updates to database as requested to edit customer contact information.
· Produce and distribute incoming lead volume reports daily.
· Perform data compilation and analysis as directed to support call center initiatives.
· Update and maintain all documentation for data entry processes.
· Triage Company emails to appropriate departments in a timely manner.
· Perform “helpdesk” activities to support the call center organization’s use of technology.
Requirements:
Ability to work independently, self-motivate and complete tasks within set timeframesComputer skills required: Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, ExcelStrong organizational skills.Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
Qualifications:
1-2 years experience in a corporate office preferred (select recent college grads may be considered).Bachelor’s degree preferred.Knowledge of Siebel or other CRM systems.
