DIRECTOR CLINICAL RESEARCH, ONCOLOGY

Requirements include:
· M.D. in Oncology, US trained.
· Experience in conducting clinical trials in Clinical Research Oncology in the pharmaceutical industry.
· Leadership experience.
Responsibilities include:
· Evaluate and provide technical and managerial input into the clinical development plan for a drug. through participation in the following: trial planning; conduct and reporting; support of assigned staff; attendance at local and international committees.
· Direct the local clinical program and coordinates with international team when applicable.
· Establish objectives and annual targets for the clinical development program.
· Propose resource allocations, and priorities to meet local and international objectives.
· Prepare budget estimates and updates.
· Direct the preparation of presentations, summaries and progress reports to ensure maintenance of the clinical project timeline.
· Keeps up to date on scientific and medical progress in the area of development and actively develops and maintains relationships with outside experts in this area.
