CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES – BIOTECH
COLLEGE GRADS WANTED!!
Use your scientific knowledge and play an important role at CIL by providing top notch customer service. As a member of our specialty chemical customer service team, you will be responsible for receiving and processing orders, developing price quotations, responding to technical inquiries and assisting our sales representatives.
We are very customer focused and are looking for individuals who have:
· Education or experience in the field of science
· Polished communication skills, both written and verbal
· Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
· Detail orientation and follow through skills
· Commitment to fulfilling customer needs
College grads with a BS/BA in chemistry or one of the life sciences are encouraged to apply; or individuals with 4 years of customer service experience including 1 – 2 years in a scientific environment.
