Sales/Retail/Business Development Reference Code: 669694 Customer Insights Analyst - Wal*Mart - (Job Number: 0715027) DescriptionJohnson && Johnson Sales and Logistics Company, LLC, a member of Johnson && Johnson's Family of Companies, is proactively recruiting for Customer Insights Analysts on the Wal*Mart team. This position is located in Rogers, AR. The Customer Insights Analyst will be responsible for reviewing and translating consumer and category data into actionable tactics. The CIA supports the operating company and brand in making better decisions about product assortment, pricing and merchandising. Working with Marketing Research and CIMs, the CIA executes and interprets results from customer studies in the field to understand buying behavior and consumer preferences. A key outcome of the role is to position the Wal*Mart team as the consumer insight expert with the customer. A minimum of a 4 year degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required. A minimum of 4 years prior experience in consumer company sales environment is required. At least 2 years sales experience is preferred. Analytical experience is required. Must have in-depth computer skills, with ability to create, manipulate, revise and modify data, documents, presentations and spreadsheets. Full analytical skills and the ability to conduct consumer research, including devising questionnaires, writing queries in database programs, developing repots and analyzing complex data to develop conclusions. Ability to manage multiple priorities and to work within tight deadlines and timeframes. Ability to work in a matrix environment where working across dotted line reporting relationships is essential for success.
