Controller / Director of Finance
Oxygen Biotherapeutics, Inc., a leader in perfluorocarbon-based oxygen therapies, is seeking an experienced Controller / Director of Finance, reporting to the CFO. The position will be based in Research Triangle Park, N.C. The Controller / Director of Finance will manage all aspects of financial reporting including forms 10-K and 10-Q preparation, Section 404 compliance and with a small accounting staff will oversee purchasing, accounts payable, payroll and budgeting.

The successful candidate, will be a self-starter, familiar with working in a small company environment and experienced in GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley and SEC regulations. A CPA is required. The position includes a competitive base salary, bonus, equity participation and generous benefits.
