Contract Sales Rep
Immediate opening for an Inside Sales Rep for Edwards Lifesciences, global leader in products and technologies to treat advanced cardiovascular diseases. Headquartered in Irvine, CA, Edwards is the number one heart valve company in the world and employs over 5,500 people worldwide.
Responsibilities for the Inside Sales Rep includes:
- Working with Sales Operations and Field Sales to execute on newly formed pricing strategy.
- Negotiate sales offerings between management, sales reps and customers.
- Move previously non-contracted customers into contracts and consolidating contracts for customers.
- Obtain professional sales quotations, presentations and memos to get potential customers interested in current promotions and closed on various products.
- Log contract activity and conduct basic analysis.
Requirements:
- A minimum of two years experience as an Inside Sales Representative.
- A High School diploma is required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to close sales calls required.
- Must be able to present results to management and regional teams effectively.
- Must have strong focus on results, be internally motivated and have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be able to manipulate existing databases to cultivate sales leads and contacts. Use existing data to present status and effectiveness of current promotions.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Email, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) to present, track, document and log calling activity.
