Contract & Rebate Administration Supervisor

Responsibilities
Use your strong leadership skills to supervise the Contract Administration and Rebate Department. This includes contract and pricing administration; chargeback processing; and commercial rebates.
- Allocate staff to meet workload requirements
- Ensure proper validation of payments, resolve disputes and assist with audit requests.
- Manage master data
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Provide back-up support for contract administration functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or equivalent in Business, Science, Communications or related field
- 5 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare experience, including contract and rebate administration; at least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Strong reading, writing, math and analytical skills
- SAP and MicroStrategies experience preferred
- Experience with reviewing legal terminology in contract agreements is preferred
