Compensation & Incentive Plan Design Expert
We are a world-renowned, household name seeking an expert in Compensation and Incentive Plan Design. This is a rare opportunity to join our elite Organization in a high-visibility and challenging role.
The chosen candidate must be ready, willing and able to lead the design of various types of compensation plans right out of the gate and must be able to influence and generate buy-in from Business Leaders regarding creative pay-for-performance plans! This person will be a true team player, possessing outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as be results-oriented and have solid analytical ability. Additionally, a thorough knowledge and understanding of HR technologies is essential.
The qualified candidate will have:
· Prior experience designing Compensation Programs (Salary Planning, Employee Bonus Programs, Sales Incentive Programs) and Benefits Programs
· BA/BS Degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications or similar
· Background in global policies and practices
· 7-10 years of related work experience
· Proven success managing multiple deadlines and concurrent priorities
· High level of attention to detail
· Six Sigma Experience/Certification a definite plus
· Experience in HR Regulatory Compliance of the ever-changing State and Federal mandates
