Commerce Manager - (Job Number: 0809702) DescriptionNeutrogena Corporation, a member of Johnson && Johnson's Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for a Commerce Manager located in Los Angeles, CA. Neutrogena Corporation develops, manufactures and markets premium skin and hair care products sold worldwide and recommended by medical professionals. The product line includes bar and liquid cleansers, shampoo, hand cream, body lotion, facial moisturizers, sun protection and cosmetics, as well as other hair and skin care products recommended, used and prescribed by dermatologists. The Commerce Manager will work closely with the Marketing Department to identify, plan, build, and evolve sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction of Neutrogena's direct to consumer initiatives. This individual will advise and consult on web usability, consumer demographics, and analyze sales and conversion statistics to create new ecommerce market opportunities. The Commerce Manager will research and provide analysis on customer segmentation, competition, customer needs, pricing, and positioning/messaging. The Commerce Manager will coordinate all multi-channel marketing activities to increase online traffic, customer loyalty, and retention rates. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and implement online and offline marketing strategies to create the strongest possible Internet presence for our initiatives. Oversee daily operations related to our ecommerce website, including sales transactions and data synchronization. Assist with set up and optimization of search marketing (SEO, SEM) and other online advertising projects, including existing affiliate marketing program. Develop, oversee and optimize email campaigns. Develop customer loyalty and satisfaction campaign and metrics. Prepare and analyze database trend reports to track growth. Work closely with IT and Vendors to set up tracking codes and ensure data and reporting accuracy of campaigns. Develop, manage and prepare reports and data exports from web campaigns. Analyze and track performance results (Web Traffic, Drop Off Rate, Conversion Rate, ROI). Provide ongoing recommendations for increasing sales results. Identify opportunities and lead implementation to enhance and improve User Experience. Maintain accurate, timely and well-organized computer and paper files. A minimum of a B.A. or B.S. degree is required. A minimum of 5 years of Internet/e-commerce/direct sales experience is required. Must have strong analytic and quantitative abilities. Proficiency in Excel and in manipulating data is required. Experience with web design, marketing software, SEO tools, and web analytics tools (such as Omniture or Google Analytics) is required. Must have the ability and drive to teach yourself how to use unfamiliar software. Broad knowledge of Internet technologies including customer service applications, financial systems, and ecommerce transaction systems is required. Knowledge of content management is preferred.
