Clinical Staff Pharmacist
CLINICAL STAFF PHARMACIST - Schedule is Monday to Friday, NO WEEKENDS. Traditional staff pharmacist position with clinical responsibilities for a small community based acute care hospital located within very close proximity to Richmond, Virginia. The Clinical Pharmacist provides comprehensive pharmaceutical services to patients, medical and nursing staffs and other hospital service areas. Clinical Pharmacists procure, prepare and dispense medications to patients, supervise and direct support personnel and assure daily operational tasks are completed. Clinical Pharmacists monitor patient drug therapies through participation in medication reconciliation, antibiotic monitoring, and other programs. The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Pharmacy and/or a Pharm.D. and at least one year of hospital pharmacy experience. Relocation and interview expenses are covered.
