What Trusted Advisement contributes to Cardinal Health
Trusted Advisement is responsible for providing technical and professional expertise during the sales process, which may directly influence the following: the crafting of the sales proposal, the operational requirements or risk, the customer's willingness to buy Cardinal Health's solution (Why Cardinal Health?), the timing (Why Now?), or the customer's satisfaction, and contract negotiations.
What is expected of you and others at this level in Sales Support for functional success Demonstrates and executes on knowledge and understanding of relevant business process(es) (organization and/or function-specific processes) at various levels to ensure successful completion of project, process, etc. Applies knowledge of the customer's business and industry to develop optimal solutions Ensures that customers have a positive experience; commits to meet or exceed customer expectations. Uses deep subject matter/functional expertise, influence and process skills to help internal/external customers and stakeholders identify and meet their high priority needs while considering cultural and diversity implications. Jointly develops practical implementation plans that consider cultural sensitivities with other accountable parties.Accountabilities in this role
This role works with Field Sales in a regional territory, providing education and clinical expertise during pre and post sales activities, acts as a trouble-shooter and reliable source of clinical information to the team and to the medical community; a link between science and sales within the organization and clinical community. 

Qualifications
A High School diploma (or equivalent) required, plus additional education/training in an Accredited Clinical/Technical Program Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 8-10 yrs work experience in an Operating Room environment Strong customer service, analytical, judgment, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills are essential Ability to be a strong team player is required Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) required Exposure to a CRM program is preferred
