Clinical Research Associate II

DESCRIPTIONS:We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Online Assistant Art Director to take the lead in the interactive design group for the Creative Services Department of an outstanding Company. You will need to be a FLASH Wiz, in designing banners, with working knowledge of Action Scripting.  You must know how to provide a concept, execute a good design, and be kowledgeable in using Action Scripting and open to learning more.  This person must be able to  balance heavy volume and tight deadlines with great design in this fast-paced environment.  You must have a take-charge approach, own your projects from concept through execution, be able to create sparkling concepts that turn abstract ideas into visually arresting designs, such as online pieces from banners to rich media units to interactive interfaces, while pushing the envelope of interactive design. You will thrive in this role if you are an avid team player who produces results independently as well as collaboratively, fosters an atmosphere that supports shared knowledge within the existing group of designers, and assists in trouble-shooting online programming challenges.

REQUIREMENTS:3-5 years experience with interactive media designBachelors degree in Graphic Design, Art or other related fieldAn online portfolio that includes cutting edge designs for FLASH banners.Expert-level proficiency in core design programsStrong problem solving skills with an attention to detail to the pixel levelClear understanding of user behavior as it relates to online designStrong communication skills and peak performance technical know-how. Demonstrated expertise with ActionScript 2.0; willingness and ability to learn ActionScript 3.0
Proficient knowledge of CSS/HTML/PHPAdobeCS3:Flash, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, AfterEffectsStrong motion/animation skillsKnowledge of XML and database software a plus
