Responsibilities:Assure the accurate transfer of contracts from proposal through project completion. Functionally responsible for all team members throughout the duration of each clinical trial. Assure clear client communication, process documentation, and compliance with Good Clinical Practices and procedures set forth. Supports the department director in development of functional training, definition of standards and employee evaluationReview trip reports and communicates results directly with the clientParticipates in budget creation and executionAddresses changes in scope through budget allocation and monitoring allocationMentors and trains clinical staff

Qualifications & Characteristics:B.S. degree in the life sciences or nursing, Master’s degree is a plus3 plus years relevant clinical research experience (preferably in a CRO/Pharmaceutical environment)Familiarity with EDCStrong knowledge of regulatory and clinical practices (GCP) Demonstrated aptitude and knowledge in more than one therapeutic area.  Ability to learn and integrate new/different therapeutic areasAbility to travel on occasion, internationally and domesticallyPassion, energy, personal drive and motivation.Outstanding leadership and communication skills are required.
