Clinical Project Director needed for permanent position in New Jersey

Kelly Clinical Resources is currently seeking a Project Director permanent position located in New Jersey. Responsibilities will include:Understand the study's recruitment and retention challenges.Recommend recruitment and retention strategies, tactics, and messages to achieve the study's recruitment and retention goals.Supervise development and implementation of patient recruitment programs and materials, such as advertising campaigns, community outreach programs, and patient brochures.Supervise development and implementation of patient retention programs and materials, such as patient newsletters and websites.Serve as direct liaison with the study sites, supporting the efforts of the study coordinators.Serve as key client contact, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.RequirementsIdeal candidate will have both clinical trial and healthcare communication experienceMinimum 10 years related work experienceMinimum 3 years healthcare advertising agency or communications company experienceClinical Trial experienceClinical Trial patient recruitment and retention experiencePrevious supervisory experience a plusExcellent project management skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong strategic thinkerExcellent organizational skills; ability to multitask; detail orientedMinimum BA/BS degreeClick the 'Apply Now!' button to be considered for this great opportunity.
