Clinical Pharmacist

We have an outstanding opportunity a Clinical Pharmacist:Perform drug utilization review, both prospective and retrospective. Coordinates the distribution of clinical drug information and educates providers and staff regarding the appropriate use of pharmaceutical treatment regimens. Acts as a subject matter expert, providing the necessary clinical expertise, and coordinate with appropriate personnel from all involved areas to support clinical staff inquiries. Responsible for regular communication in regards to working closely with staff and Management team to maintain process consistency and share best practices. Ensures that all information provided to the staff is of the quality, standards and content required by the management teamProvide clinical development support to public sector clients including clinical intervention development, publication development, utilization management development, Pipeline Committee support, Clinical Sales and Management support and Clinical Services support. Primary responsibilities include the development and maintenance of clinical programs for public sector clients

Degrees, Licensure, and/or Certification:Current South Carolina  license, Bachelor's degree from accredited school of pharmacy or Pharm.D. (preferred);

Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience in a clinical practice site or comparable clinical exposure Experience in DUR related programs, health systems communications, and education preferred
