Clinical Operations Trainer

RadPharm is a full service imaging core lab, managing all facets of the imaging segment of global clinical trials, Phases I-IV. RadPharm has the distinct ability to provide centralized, independent, blinded interpretation of images for clinical trials.We provide a complete assessment of the oncology patient by having on-staff Radiologists, Radiation Oncologists, and Clinical Oncologists. We currently have an immediate opening for a Clinical Operations Trainer.  In this role, you will be  responsible forassisting the Manager, Corporate Training and the Clinical Operations' Training Program Lead in the development, delivery, and maintenance of the Clinical Operations' Qualification and Certification Training Program.Some responsbilities include:· Responsible for the implementation of RadPharm’s Clinical Operations’ Qualification and Certification Training Program.· Review current Clinical Operations training practices for inclusion into Training Program and identify organizational resources to assist in the implementation of the Program and delivery of the Program’s training classes.· Work with multiple departments to facilitate the development, implementation and revision of the Training Program. · Analyze, design and conduct training classes as a part of the Training Program.· Assess Training Program effectiveness and revise to meet business needs.· Participate in various committees to gather information about organizational, operational and process changes that will need to be integrated into the Training Program and revise Training Program to incorporate those changes.· Organize and facilitate objectives and activities of the Clinical Operations Training Review Committee.· Play an active role in ensuring staff growth and adequate training regarding all levels in Clinical Operations.  Serve as a resource to Clinical Operations personnel in identifying and helping to assess training needs for various project team members.· Create annual training plan, including strategic objectives, priorities and use of various vehicles to implement training with available technology.· Establish positive working environment to enhance employee job satisfaction and performance through training and development.To qualify for this role, the ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:· Bachelors degree required· 2+ years operations experience preferred.· Prior training experience or mentorship experience preferred.· Energetic and self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills. · Interact with all team members appropriately and professionally.· Organization and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.· Demonstrated ability to adapt to changes in the work environment.· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.RadPharm is committed to diversity in the workplace and are an equal opportunity employer. To apply, please submitl your resume and salary  For more information, please visit our website at:  www.radpharm.com.
