Clinical Advisor

Reporting to the Senior Fellow, Clinical with the world’s largest medical device company dedicated to less-invasive medicine that believes each innovative product is the outcome of strong research and development, intelligent acquisitions, close collaboration with clinicians, outstanding operational and quality processes and a powerful global distribution channel. Responsible for awareness of clinical application of all projects within design, overseeing the end user requirements of project design, identifying and initiating programs which result in innovative application of existing or new products/technologies, conducting experiments and/or developing strategies for consideration the extend beyond known scientific and engineering precedents. Also will review technical documents/publications, attend professional meetings, and interface with suppliers/vendors. Challenge is successfully interact with all departments in a timely and effective manner.

Background Required:
• Current/Former Practicing Medical Doctor (7 years)
• Clinical Role in Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Company (10 years)
• Documented ability to work with cross function teams (Clinical/Regulatory/Patient Safety/Engineering)
• Networks (and ability to network) in the medical community
• US Board Eligible or Foreign Equivalent
• Travel : up to 50%
• Education: MD/DVM/DO
• Location: Minneapolis, MN (Relocation Assistance)
