We are seeking highly energetic and performance driven candidates who possess the ability to delight our clients and will act as the main contact person in all matters regarding ICON Central Laboratories’ services.  Your superb verbal and written communication skills will help you to clearly identify the needs of our clients and communicate those needs to personnel in the rest of the organization.  In addition, you will have the opportunity for global travel in this position.

 

The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented team player who has a BA/BS in a scientific field along with the ability to maintain a high level of productivity at all times. Strong presentation and organizational skills are necessary to be successful in this role. At least one year of experience working in a customer service role in a healthcare related field is desirable.
