Client Service Representative

We currently have exciting opportunities for a Client Services Representative in our new, state-of-the-art facility in Shrewsbury, MA, just 45 minutes west of Boston.

 



This position supports the Business Development department by providing support functions for the department management and staff, these responsibilities include:

 

Prepare general information, bid and proposal packages from generic letters to full proposal responses

with guidance.

Under general direction, provide central point of contact for assigned sponsor(s) and centralized, multi-site

coordination for Pre-clinical Client Services' respond to sponsor requests

Coordinate with scheduling and scientific staff to identify dates available for study initiation.

Prepare and track Letters of Payment Authorization (LOPA) and Letters of Commitment (LOC).

 Assist with updating and maintaining applicable databases.

Create and maintain department files.

Coordinate logistics for client site visits including facility tours, room accommodations, airlines,

ground transportation, conference rooms, catering, meal reservations, and agendas as necessary.

 Assist with the preparation of marketing and client services presentations.

Provide back-up support for other Client Services staff.
