Neutrogena Corporation is seeking a Cleaning and Sanitizing Manager. This individual will set business metrics for the team and provides performance feedback to employees. This individual plans, schedules, conducts, and manages various projects, ensuring all projects adhere to acceptable engineering practices and compliance regulations, are appropriately staffed, and are run within budget. The Cleaning and Sanitizing Manager assists with troubleshooting problems, discrepancies, and in investigation of non-conformances. This individual develops SOPs, provides engineering expertise and maintains a high level of competency and business development acumen. The Cleaning and Sanitizing Manager will manage and supervise the various Sanitation Teams over 3 Shifts (16+ persons). This individual will need provide Cleaning and Sanitization skills training for the production teams and ensure Cleaning and Sanitization supplies, tools, chemicals are ordered in a timely manner. This individual will provide Cleaning and Sanitization SOP training (annual, replacement) and perform daily auditing of both Clean Out of Place (COP) areas and the Sanitation Technicians performance and metrics. The Cleaning and Sanitization Manager will ensure safety practices and PPE are enforced. Lead Facility GMP Audits (all GMP SOP's). This individual will lead Plant-wide PM cleaning activities. This individual will provide oversight for CCI lab for titration, GDP, GLP, and safety. The Cleaning and Sanitization Manager will set a Micro Plan as a priority and assist in technical details. This individual will ensure tote bin cleaning systems upgrades and validation, develop arena and kitting tote washing system, upgrade and monitor the CIP system and aid in non-compliance resolutions. A minimum of a Bachelors degree is required. A focused degree in an Engineering or Technical discipline is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in engineering, QA, R&&D, or other Technical is required. A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience is required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sanitization and cleaning industry is required. Experience in an FDA regulated environment is preferred. Knowledge of cGMP regulations is required. In depth knowledge of FDA is required. International guidelines experience is preferred. Strong knowledge of and training in Quality Systems Regulations (QSR) is preferred. A certification in Process Excellence/Six Sigma as a Green Belt and/or Black Belt is desired. Certification in Project Management is highly desired. Previous experience in implementing and managing Cleaning and Sanitization Programs is preferred. This candidate must have superior leadership, people management and development skills.
