With 21 manufacturing facilities strategically located throughout North America, KCP (operating as KIK Custom Products) is one of North America's largest custom manufacturers of both National Brand and Retailer Brand consumer products. KCP's product lines include Laundry, Household Cleaners, OTC Medicated, Pharmaceutical and Health & Beauty Care, all supported by KCP's in-house technical expertise and value-added services. KCP produces leading National Brand products for Fortune 500 companies including Gillette, Johnson & Johnson, L'Oreal, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, Dial, Colgate-Palmolive, SC Johnson, Pfizer and 3M, and Retailer Brand products for top retailers including Albertsons, Kroger, Loblaws, Safeway, Target, Wal-Mart, Walgreens, and foodservice leader Sysco. The Memphis facility procures, blends, fills and packages a wide variety of liquid personal care products.

We are seeking an experienced, energetic and dynamic CUSTOMER INITIATIVE COORDINATOR/CUSTOMER ACCOUNT MANAGER. This unique opportunity will challenge your talent to manage customer initiative projects for a specific set of customers in the following areas: Product Launch, New System Implementation, Cost Savings Initiatives, Product Refresh/Re-launch, New Product Quotations, Specification Changes and Customer Organizational Change. The business review process provides solid interface with customer processes and our internal processes to ensure project success. This position reports to the Group Business Director.

Additional Capabilities and Expectations for Success:

Manages product launch process to ensure launch dates are met.Ensures new product quotations include minimum information requirements by liaising with the customer. Follow-up on win/loss to ensure completeness of project before closing.Follows the procedures for all specification change activity to ensure implementation and appropriate cost change is captured and communicated.Manages the Business Review process with all participants to ensure all desired elements of the process are met. Work to standardize the Business Review process within specific customer categories.Recognizes the resource change necessary due to customer changes in expectations and/or information provided ensuring this information is communicated appropriately for a commercial response.Ensures customer contact list and interface grids are updated and remain current.





Ideal Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Associates DegreeAt least 5 years experience demonstrating successful project and customer relationship managementMust have excellent verbal and written communication skillsMust be proficient in MS Office including (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)Must be able to interact with customers, suppliers and plant personnel at all levels Above average detail, organization, planning and time-management skillsHigh sense of urgency and passion for providing exceptional customer serviceTravel may be required – less than 15%
