Job Description CRM Project Manager Job Description:The CRM Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for performing complex Salesforce.com (SFDC) configuration and customization to match business requirements from various LPG business units. The PM will also perform support of the system to various LPG business units. The PM is responsible for delivering outstanding implementation services to Laboratory Products Group (LPG) business units, working closely with Business Managers and other Project Managers to ensure the timely and effective delivery of SFDC projects. PM will be a dedicated advisor for a business unit to support them post-implementation as new requirements and business functions develop on to the application. Responsibilities: Gather and document business and system requirements Perform configuration and application setup/support for business unit requests. Build and maintain deep understanding of SFDC applications Work with other team members to complete implementation projects on time, and delivery of outstanding services to LPG business units Consult with business unit resources on approaches to design, configuration, unit testing, and documentation based on the functional requirements of a given change request Perform analysis of existing system to maximize efficiencies and determine functional principles Keep up-to-date on new SFDC features and provide guidance on what/how client can capitalize on them or how it would solve past issues/work-arounds Maintain metrics to track trends in usage, data integrity, sales and marketing objectives Offer 2nd and 3rd level support to SFDC users Ability to travel 25% required both domestic and internationalQualifications: College Degree required (or equivalent experience ) 5+ years experience administering and/or configuring Salesforce.com Certified SFDC Administrator or capable of obtaining within 6 months of employment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented sales-driven environment Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent interrupts with poise and professionalismEducation: BachelorsJob Level: Experienced
