COMPOUNDING MANAGER, PHARMACEUTICAL

This philosophy, which dates back over 60 years, is shared by over 1,000 employees.   COMPOUNDING MANAGER  The Compounding Manager will assure the production department meets Business goals and objectives in terms of safety, profitability, employee development, quality, environmental compliance, and customer satisfaction. Â·  Direct a proactive training program that develops subordinate technical, leadership, and team skills to ensure that the department can continually support employee career growth.·  Manage the department in a manner that will ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and result successful customer audits and regulatory agency inspections.·  Manage internal and cross-functional teams to support the successful launch of internal programs as well as new product launches.·  Establish rapport and serve as a liaison for both internal and external customers in order to ensure that all needs are met.·  Interpret specifications, blueprints, and job orders to staff members, and assigns duties.·  Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.·  Recommend, implement, and approve measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.  REQUIREMENTS Â·  Proven experience as a Pharmaceutical Compounding Manager or Supervisor ready to take the next step in a cGMP facility·  Bachelor’s degree·  Strong leadership, communication and organization skills.  A very competitive compensation, benefit and relocation package is offered. TO APPLY Attach a word document resume to a email addressed esearch@mchsi.com .  Include a daytime contact number.    MRINetwork, one of the world's largest search and recruitment organizations, has over 1,000 offices in more than 35 countries.
