CNC Machinist

Title/Location: CNC Machinist/Mahwah, N.J.

Duration: Contract to HireJob Summary

 

Responsibilities:

Inspection of biotechnical devises and their components

Mechanical testing and manual data recording

Creation of guide sheet

Assist the project engineers to develop production process solutions to product designs and new technologies

First article inspection and gauge calibration

Experience with the following tools; comparators, micrometer, calipers, dial gauges, height gauges and general gauge use

CMM and CNC lathe and milling experience.

 

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of MS Office, Quality/ Production Engineering and GT&T

Attention to detail is a must

Excellent written and oral communication skills required

Drug and Criminal background check required

 

2nd and 3rd shifts are presently available => (3:30 pm – Midnight & 11:00pm – 7:00am)
