Our PMs are responsible for:Managing clinical/data services for sponsors to assure project/program milestones are met to our high standards and regulations. Oversee all aspects of clinical/data activities on full scope, clinical projects. Contract and financial Mgt responsibilities on trials and serve as primary point of contact with sponsor for project.Participate in BD activities, proposal pricing & bid defense.

 

Requirements: BS w/ 2- 4 years PM exper and 3+ yrs as a CRA in clinical research at a CRO/Pharma company, or equivalent necessary.

Our Clinical Managers are responsible for:Responsible for the training, mentoring, development, and supervising of clinical staff to include performance evaluations for assigned CRAsManaging the work assignments, utilization and productivity of assigned CRAs Ensuring that best practices of study conduct are leveraged across the clinical organization Facilitate cross-functional team communication for study-wide problem solving Provide advice and guidance to team for resolution of routine and complex study issues.  Participate in team leadership, department, and organizational meetings.

Requirements: BS preferred. Min 5 yrs CRA and 2 years clinical trials lead/management experience. Strong Mgt and team leadership skills. Ability to train, coach and evaluate monitoring team members and manage competing complex individual and team clinical trial activities.
