Talecris Biotherapeutics has an opportunity at our Clayton, NC facility for a:CAPITAL PROJECT ANALYSTWill support the capital projects in Clayton including invoice review, detailed project tracking, detailed project reporting, and overall capital project spending controls.  Individual will interface with plant Engineering, Finance management and Fixed Asset Accounting to ensure processes are followed regarding invoice payment and review.  This includes reviewing/auditing capital invoices; raising issues with engineers/vendors to resolve invoice questions; providing frequent detailed project level spending reports; working with SAP capital modules; preparing monthly accruals based on detailed tracking of invoice submissions and payment status; assisting Engineering in the estimation process for new capital requests; providing management with variance reporting and notifying management of any future expected variances that need to be addressed; and assisting Engineering and Financial Planning with forecasting on major projects.Requires a BS or BBA degree in Accounting Finance with 3+ years experience. SAP experience is desired and previous experience in capital projects, construction, accounting, and financial planning is preferred.
