Business Development Manager - Scientific Staffing

Our Seattle district serves a diverse mix of clients providing the district manager with plenty of opportunity to successfully grow the market.Reporting to the Regional Director, you will use effective leadership & management skills, strategic selling and/or recruiting capabilities, to achieve district objectives, profitable market share, encourage growth and deliver superior service. Additional Responsibilities Include: Overall performance of the branch including recruiting, service delivery, sales and branch operations; Building sales & recruiting while controlling expenses, maintaining efficient daily operations and P&L; Business development: including following the sales cycle from beginning to end including initial contact, client needs analysis, development of proposals and presentations, and closing the deal; Focusing sales activities to meet district, territory, and divisional goals; develop in conjunction with the Regional Director, solid strategic sales plans; assessing the needs of each customer and selling to those needs; conducting sales and service calls; preparing weekly sales reports, summaries and analyses; assisting in installing and implementing marketing plans; Training, managing, and coaching district office staff as appropriate.
