Hi,

My name is Karthik and I represent 3i-infotech. 3i Infotech is a global Information Technology company which provides technology solutions to over 500 customers in more than 50 countries across 5 continents, spanning a range of verticals - Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Contracting, Retail & Distribution and Government.

We are looking for a Dynamic Business Analyst. This position is immediate.

Business Analyst
Loc: Hopewell, NJ
Duration: for the contract which is initially expected to be for 6 months and with a strong possibility to extension

Skills requirement

Business Analyst - Junior/Mid-Level

Strong skills in building and maintaining successful networks and relationships with key leaders across a single functional area to ensure IT projects are supported and successfully delivered.

* Organizes and presents ideas in a convincing and compelling manner.

* Persuades and influences others with effective verbal and written communication.

* Understands the value of process-centric approach to business analysis and capability

development.

* Command of project management techniques and tools.

Develop process maps in Visio

* Understand XML and Metadata concepts

* Understand SDLC with strong abilities to capture and sort through requirements.
