Business Analyst

We are seeking candidates for the following position based in Wilmington, NC: Business Analyst Responsibilities include conducting Work-In-Process (WIP) reviews and monitoring percent completed; creating quotes, TP’s and sales orders in SAP; invoicing and monitoring client deposits; working with project managers to determine if change orders are needed; participating in project team meetings, generating and reviewing project metrics; assisting with collection issues; performing large project reconciliations; and conducting cost analysis. Qualifications include BS degree with 4+ years of related experience. Must have strong Excel skills; thorough understanding of the service estimating process; excellent communications skills; the ability to participate in a team environment; and the ability to interact with global locations and perform analysis combining data from various systems. SAP proficiency (quote to invoicing process and project profitability) strongly preferred.
