Brand Manager

The company delivers science-based natural health products that make a difference in people’s lives. We are seeking a highly qualified individual to meet our need for a Brand Manager.
Univera Brand Manager:
Summary Plans, develops, and implements brand strategies and marketing programs by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Oversees the development and implementation of Marketing Communication Materials with guidance from Field Sales.
· Develops, implements and manages the product promotions calendar both internally and externally.
· Develops and implements an integrated communications plan leveraging the appropriate communications channels (Web, mail, phone, shipping box, etc) with our Customers and Associates.
· Maintains and keep up to date branding and content on the Web site.
· Communicates brand strategies and marketing programs to internal departments.
· Develops and executes brand marketing programs.
· Leverages the Web and Internet to efficiently communicate with Customers and Associates to retain and grow our customer base and sales.
· Competitive Intelligence: Understanding the competition and market trends and translate consumer attitudes and behavior into actionable marketing programs.
· Works with Creative Services and Operations in maintaining product labels and packaging.
· Assists in planning and coordination of product launches.
· Evaluates and analyzes program results and presents recommendations for changes in brand marketing programs.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervisory responsibilities may be assigned.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University and 5+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
