Job Responsibilities:

  Enter and maintain accounting information in Quickbooks Maintain financial records in a neat, orderly manner Prepare accounting reports and financial statements Prepare and post account receivables Prepare and mail account payables Work with external accounting staff to complete and submit tax forms Perform other related duties as assigned

 

 

Job Requirements:

  Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping High level of attention to detail Strong organizational skills Strong computer-operating skills Prior experience with Quickbooks a plus, but not required
