Biotech Commercial Training and Development
Our Client has an immediate need for an experienced Associate Director of Commercial Training and Development.This individual is responsible for managing the department and ensuring the effectiveness of all sales and marketing personnel, including specialists, field management, and headquarters personnel. As Associate Director, you are accountable for developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing programs to maximize the Company's performance in the marketplace.Requirements include at least 8 years of pharmaceutical experience. Minimum of 4 years should be in a management capacity, of which 2 years must be in CORPORATE or IN-HOUSE training and development.
