Biopharmaceutical Technology Assistant (UPDATED)

BPS Inc. is a leading process consulting and contract engineering company.  For over 10 years we have been engaged in providing project, process, engineering and validation support to top-tier pharmaceutical and biotech companies.  Currently, we are looking for a contract BIOPHARMACEUTICAL TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANT (ENGINEER - I) to support one of major clients.  The initial requirement is 3.5 months.  Note: An Additional Position is now also available for approx. 12 months

 

Job Purpose/Duties

Provide technical support for ongoing technical investigations in the Viral Vaccine Technology and Engineering (VVT&E) department.  Investigations are associated with viral vaccine production processes (e.g. atypical occurences, documentation, etc.).

 

 

Skills/Qualifications Motivated self starter Cell Culture, Molecular and Microbiology or Bioprocess experience Ability to work in a team environment Experience with virus related assays a plus     

Education

 

BS/MS in microbiology, biochemistry, biochemical engineering or related field
