Visit us at www.bio-rad.com Position Responsibilities: Review of Bid/contract terms and conditions per Legal Department and supervisor Guidelines. Discuss and review Legal terms and conditions on bids with internal personnel and customers. Preparation and submission of bids in a timely and accurate manner according to customer requirements, sales and marketing directions and corporate policy and guidelines. Notify sales organization of bids/awards and provide necessary information for their required input. Update Bid Tracking Access and Vendor Registration databases in a timely and accurate manner. Interfacing with Customers, Field Sales, co-workers, management. Education: Bachelor's plus Paralegal degree/certificate from ABA approved program.Experience: Three years experience in contracts/customer service and/or government facilities and knowledge of their requirements. In depth knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Access software. Basic accounting skills.Skills: Excellent organizational, communications, and planning skills. Ability to work quickly with a high Degree of accuracy, attention to detail. Flexibility with varied predetermined deadlines, comfortable with decision making and prioritizing on a regular basis.
