Benefits Coordinator
Fast growing, stable firm with offices in the US and Europe has immediate opening for a Benefits Coordinator who will be responsible for handling and supporting Benefits Department in the following areas:
Benefits administration and communication Open enrollment Respond to benefit inquiries with high quality customer service expertise New Hire orientation HRIS input and report generation
Requirements
BA in related field preferred for growth potential. Minimum 2-4 years in HR department, preferably with benefits experience and exposure to HRIS system. Must have excellent communication and problem solving skils; ability to multi task and establish priorities; strong organizational and written skills; must have a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
