We are currently recruiting for a full-time, experienced person to assist in writing, preparing, and sending proposals to our customers.

Job Summary:

Our Business Development department is expanding and we are looking for someone who enjoys being busy and wants to be a part of the continued growth of the Company. This is a multi-faceted position and involves a large monthly volume of proposal generation. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Preparing detailed, accurate proposals using Microsoft Word and ExcelUpdating spreadsheets and databasesEnsuring timely follow-up to RFQsBasic filingWriting letters and email correspondence to customersAdditional duties as assigned

 

You will not be out in the field. This is a 100% office based assignment, Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our new corporate office is conveniently located with ¼ mile of the Lansdale Interchange of the PA Turnpike.

 

 

Qualifications:Ability to juggle multiple requests for quotes and be able to prioritizeStrong organizational abilitiesResearch skillsHigh attention to detailSkilled at performing a variety of tasks under deadline.Must be customer and quality focused and possess excellent written and oral communications skills.Excellent computer skills: Word, Excel are mandatory. Access a plus.College degree required with a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience (Biology/Chemistry Background and/or Field Sales Support Experience Preferred)
