Automation and Calibration Outside Sales Representative
Spectra Automation is looking to hire an outside sales representative. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Candidate will be offered a base salary plus commission. Spectra Automation offers excellent pay and benefits. Benefits include: paid health insurance, paid vacation, holiday pay, company car, laptop, and more.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES:
·       Develop and maintain long term business relationships between Spectra Automation and designated accounts.
·       Initiate proposal review meeting well in advance of proposal sue date.
·       Follow-up, proposal assistance and close prospective sales based on qualified leads.
·       Assist in developing a pricing strategy for all purposes.
·       Initiate, develop and direct proposal presentation to the customer.
·       Initiate new product and service market needs for Spectra Automation.
·       Help develop sales and support tools for our market.
·       Develop and implement sales forecast and assist in defining expected business volume.
·       Must be willing to travel within New England.
·       Works cooperatively, constructively and productivity within a growing environment.
·       Industry focus: Power, Pulp and Paper, Food Beverage, Manufacturing, and more.
PREFERENCE:
·       Sales Rep with Established customer base.
·       Successful track record.
·       Self Motivated.
