Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics, Inc., provides in vitro diagnostic products to hospital, commercial and clinical laboratories, and blood donor centers. Its products include reagents and instrument systems used in blood typing and donor testing; clinical chemistry determinations and immunoassays for disease diagnosis and therapy management; as well as RhoGAM®, an injectable drug used to prevent hemolytic disease of the newborn. The primary responsibilities include: Develop and implement marketing strategies for OCD's diagnostic automation platform to drive worldwide growth of VITROS analyzer and reagent sales. Develop and enhance product requirements based on global customer needs to maintain and enhance product differentiation and value delivered. Partner with R&&D Product Support to shape the evolution of the product line. Partner with regional marketing teams, automation implementation teams and other cross-functional partners to lead key automation initiatives. Lead day-to-day product management of automation systems and middleware products. Support regional automation leaders as needed to generate demand for automation solutions. A minimum of Bachelor's Degree is required; A Masters of Business Administration (MBA) Degree is preferred. MBA preferred. A minimum of 3-5 years sales or marketing experience is preferred, preferably in IV diagnostics. Strong analytic, strategic, communication and interdependent partnering skill sets are required. Must be able to communicate effectively and work well across the organization, both domestically and abroad.
