Serve as a lead in developing segment-specific strategies including appropriate linkage to brand and strategic account strategic approaches. 2. Identify and develop innovative tactical concepts and appropriate investment mix to execute these defined segment and key account strategies including field communication and roll-out.3. Identify and assist in the execution of segment market research plan to inform strategic and tactical approaches.4. Serve on various cross-functional strategic/tactical teams to ensure integration and alignment of effort with key stakeholders.5. Significant contributions to the annual marketing plan for each market segment. Plan defines individual segment goals and objectives, strategic imperatives, strategies and tactics. 6. 7. Understanding of US healthcare system and assigned market segment including key accounts8.
